Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with strong field marketing, client acquisition, and business development skills to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and field marketing, preferably within the Security Services Industry.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Develop and implement lead generation strategies for the security services business.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Identify and target prospective clients across multiple industries.
Generate qualified leads through digital and field marketing initiatives.
LinkedIn & Digital Outreach
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with decision-makers including:
CXOs
Directors
HR Heads
Administration Heads
Execute outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
Convert prospects into business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
Conduct client meetings and presentations.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Marketing Strategy
Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Recommend improvements to marketing strategies.
Reporting
Track lead generation activities and campaign performance.
Submit regular sales and marketing reports.
Monitor target achievement and business growth metrics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
