A leading multinational company (MNC) is hiring Customer Support Executives for its International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service while working in rotational and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Meet productivity and performance targets.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Voice Process.
