Job Summary

The Technical Solutions Engineer will work closely with engineering organizations to demonstrate, implement, and support the Elecdes Design Suite. The role combines technical expertise with customer engagement, helping clients improve engineering design efficiency and project accuracy through software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Understand customer engineering workflows and business requirements.
Identify customer challenges and recommend suitable software solutions.
Build long-term relationships with engineering organizations and industry partners.
Product Demonstration
Demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of the Elecdes Design Suite.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Solution Implementation
Support customers during:
Software evaluation
Deployment
Implementation
User adoption
Assist customers in integrating the software into their engineering processes.
Technical Consulting
Provide technical guidance on engineering design workflows.
Work closely with customers to optimize software usage.
Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with development and technical support teams.
Deliver customer-specific solutions and feedback for product improvement.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Electrical Engineering
Instrumentation Engineering
Related Engineering Discipline
Experience
1–7 years of experience in:
Electrical Design
CAD Engineering
Engineering Design Software
Required Skills
Engineering Software

Experience with one or more of the following:

AutoCAD Electrical
EPLAN
ETAP
