Job Summary

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems and plant utilities. The role requires expertise in HVAC systems, compressors, DG sets, chillers, boilers, machine installation, and electrical power distribution while ensuring compliance with electrical safety and GMP standards.

Educational Qualification
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance
Preferred Industry Background
Manufacturing
Medical Devices
Pharmaceuticals
Life Sciences
Preferred Certification
Electrical C License (Added Advantage)
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and utility management.
Strong knowledge of:

Experience in:
Machine Installation
Troubleshooting
Preventive Maintenance
Good understanding of:

Experience in:
Breakdown Analysis
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Corrective Actions
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot:
HVAC Systems
Compressors
DG Sets
Chillers
Boilers
Plant Utility Equipment
Supervise installation and commissioning of new machinery.
Monitor LT/HT panels, transformers, and power distribution systems.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance activities.
Maintain maintenance logs, reports, schedules, and breakdown documentation.
Support internal and external audits related to electrical safety and GMP compliance.
Improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
