Position: Lab Technician (Part-Time)
Location: Avadi, Chennai
Job Type: Part-Time (6:30 AM – 12:30 PM)
Gender: Female Only
Qualification: DMLT / B.Sc. MLT
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: ₹8,000 per month (Negotiable)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Female Lab Technician to join our diagnostic laboratory in Avadi, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in phlebotomy, excellent communication skills, and a patient-friendly approach. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Perform blood sample collection (phlebotomy) accurately and safely.
Collect, label, and handle patient samples according to laboratory protocols.
Maintain proper hygiene and infection control standards.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient details and sample records.
Prepare samples for laboratory testing and coordinate with the testing team.
Maintain laboratory equipment and report any issues.
Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare staff.
Follow laboratory quality standards and safety guidelines.
Assist in routine laboratory operations and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
DMLT or B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology.
2–4 years of experience as a Lab Technician.
Practical experience in phlebotomy is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Immediate joining preferred.
Two-wheeler ownership is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹8,000 per month (Negotiable)
