Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Tele Sales Executive to promote our courses and services, generate sales leads, guide prospective students, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in Tamil and English and be comfortable using CRM software such as Zoho.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Contact prospective customers to present the company’s products and services.
Generate 5–15 qualified sales leads per day.
Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
Product & Course Consultation
Learn and stay updated on course offerings and fee structures.
Provide accurate information regarding courses and admissions.
Guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
Customer Support
Address customer questions and concerns professionally.
Maintain courteous and respectful communication at all times.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
CRM Management
Enter and update customer information in the Zoho CRM platform.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Team Support
Follow approved sales scripts while adapting naturally to conversations.
Train and assist other telemarketers when required.
Report issues, customer feedback, or concerns to the reporting manager.
