We are hiring Kannada Telecallers for a Machine Manufacturing Company to handle Business-to-Business (B2B) customer interactions. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Kannada and Tamil, possess good communication skills, and be willing to work from the office in Irugur, Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities
B2B Telecalling
Make outbound calls to business clients.
Introduce company products and services.
Build relationships with prospective business customers.
Customer Communication
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Explain product features and business offerings.
Maintain effective communication with clients.
Lead Generation
Generate business leads through telecalling.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
Documentation
Maintain customer call records.
Update lead status and customer information.
Prepare daily activity reports.
