Job Summary

Sancraft Industries is looking for an experienced finance professional to lead the Accounts and Business Finance functions. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, compliance, risk management, accounting operations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Forecast financial performance and business results.
Prepare and monitor annual budgets.
Analyze financial data and recommend improvements.
Support strategic financial planning.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Develop and oversee departmental and organizational budgets.
Monitor budget utilization and variance analysis.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Financial Reporting
Supervise preparation of:
Financial statements
MIS reports
Profit & Loss statements
Balance Sheets
Cash Flow statements
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Risk Management
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Develop internal financial controls.
Protect company assets through secure financial procedures.
Compliance & Taxation
Ensure compliance with:
Statutory regulations
Tax laws
Financial reporting standards
Company policies
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Investment & Resource Management
Evaluate investment opportunities.
Optimize utilization of financial resources.
Support capital allocation decisions.
Accounting Operations
Lead the accounting department.
Oversee:
General Ledger
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Bank Reconciliation
Financial Closing
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and accounting records.
Strategic Financial Advisory
Advise management on:
Funding strategies
Business profitability
Commercial viability
Financial risks
Cost optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications
Education
Commerce Graduate (B.Com or equivalent)
One of the following:
CA Inter
CA Final
MBA (Finance)
Experience
Minimum 5+ years in:
Head of Accounts
Business Finance
Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
