Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and lead conversion. The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through cold calls and outreach emails.
Generate, qualify, and nurture sales leads.
Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in company records or CRM.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to improve business growth.
Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Ability to build rapport with prospective customers.
Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree (Graduation completed).
All semester marksheets are mandatory.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
Local candidates are preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in inside sales, business development, telemarketing, or lead generation.
Comfortable making outbound calls and sending sales emails.
Able to work independently while meeting sales targets.
