Job Summary
We are looking for customer-focused professionals with excellent English communication skills to join our International Voice Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving escalations, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Process customer requests such as orders, cancellations, and account-related queries.
Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet individual and team productivity and quality targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
1–5 years of experience in an International Voice Process.
Strong customer service orientation.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Eligibility
Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Any Graduate.
Candidates with International Voice experience preferred.
Good communication skills are mandatory.
