Job Summary

We are hiring BPO Voice Process Executives for a sales-oriented role in Bangalore. The position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who have excellent English communication skills and are ready to join immediately.

Excellent spoken English.
Immediate joiners only.
Candidates should currently be in Bangalore (no relocation/outstation hiring).
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements.
Promote suitable BPO solutions and services.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales agreements.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Achieve individual sales and productivity targets.
Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Sales aptitude and customer relationship management.
Basic knowledge of CRM software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 take-home per month
