Job Summary

The company is hiring International Customer Support Executives for night shift operations. Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply. Experienced applicants should have prior customer support experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice support.
Provide prompt and professional customer service.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Achieve quality and productivity targets.
Follow company policies and customer service standards.
Required Skills
Excellent spoken English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in night shifts.
Immediate availability is preferred.
Work Schedule
Night Shift.
5 working days per week.
2 rotational weekly offs.
During peak business periods, employees may be required to work 6 days per week.
Two-way cab facility available within a 40 km hiring zone.
Salary
Annual CTC: ₹3.1 LPA – ₹4.22 LPA
Salary will depend on relevant experience and interview performance.
