Job Summary

A leading Captive BPO is hiring candidates for an International Blended Process, involving both Customer Service and Semi-Technical Sales. The role requires candidates with excellent spoken English who can provide customer support while promoting relevant products or services.

Graduate
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience required.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through voice support.
Provide customer service and resolve queries.
Promote products or services through semi-technical sales.
Meet quality and sales performance targets.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Deliver a positive customer experience.
Work Schedule
5 working days per week.
Rotational shifts (24×7 process).
Rotational weekly offs.
No fixed day shift.
No fixed Saturday/Sunday weekend off.
Salary

₹3,00,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annum
