Job Summary
The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer interactions through voice or non-voice channels. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing product or service support, maintaining accurate records, and delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving performance targets.
Freshers as well as experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
Experience
Freshers to 5 years of experience.
Educational Qualification
12th Pass (depending on the client process).
Any Graduate.
Shift Timings
Rotational Shifts
Night Shifts
Day Shifts
(Shift depends on the assigned process.)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with product, service, billing, or technical support queries.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Record customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
Average Handle Time (AHT)
Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
First Call Resolution (FCR)
Handle email and chat support for non-voice processes.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
Basic computer knowledge.
Typing speed of 30–35 WPM (preferred for non-voice roles).
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work rotational or night shifts.
Previous BPO or customer service experience is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
