Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: PUC (Pre-University Course) or above.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Age: Up to 35 years.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice, chat, or email channels depending on the assigned process.
Provide technical assistance or customer support.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Meet quality, productivity, and service-level targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Deliver excellent customer experience.
Work Schedule
Rotational shifts.
5 working days per week.
2 rotational weekly offs.
Salary
Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
