Insurance Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Manager to oversee insurance sales operations, lead a sales team, develop growth strategies, and ensure achievement of business targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management
Lead, manage, and motivate the insurance sales team to achieve business objectives.
Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance regularly.
Provide coaching, training, and guidance to enhance team productivity and sales effectiveness.
Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans where required.
Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to improve sales performance.
Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and service.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Operations & Compliance
Ensure accurate policy processing, documentation, and record management.
Maintain compliance with insurance regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Monitor sales reports, KPIs, and business metrics for management review.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation mandatory).
All semester mark sheets must be available.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales and Marketing.
Preferred local candidate.
Experience in insurance sales or financial services is an added advantage.
