Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Gold Loan Tele-Caller to generate leads and promote Gold Loan products to potential customers. The role involves making outbound calls, engaging with inactive and prospective customers, generating quality leads, and supporting branch teams in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to promote Gold Loan products.
Generate leads from:
Existing inactive customers in the branch database.
New customers from the open market.
Explain Gold Loan features, benefits, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Maintain a high conversion ratio through effective communication and follow-up.
Coordinate with branch staff and managers to ensure smooth lead closure and loan processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Address customer queries and provide timely solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Support branch business growth through customer acquisition initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
Any Degree / Diploma / Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Sales, Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, or Financial Services is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
