Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals to drive the growth of our Loan Against Property (LAP) and Affordable Housing Loan (AHL) business. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, channel development, portfolio growth, and delivering a seamless customer experience throughout the loan lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the LAP and AHL portfolio.
Identify and target new customer segments, markets, and business opportunities.
Generate leads through direct sourcing, referrals, and channel partners.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and benefits to prospective customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Channel Partner Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with:
Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)
Brokers
Real Estate Agents
Channel Partners
Drive lead generation and business growth through channel networks.
Conduct regular partner engagement and business development activities.
Customer Relationship Management
Provide end-to-end customer support from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly.
Loan Processing & Coordination
Pre-screen applicants to assess eligibility and reduce credit risk.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Underwriting teams for faster processing.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
Team Leadership & Development (For Manager/Senior Roles)
Train, mentor, and guide junior sales team members.
Improve team productivity through coaching and performance monitoring.
Support team members in achieving sales targets.
Reporting & Compliance
Monitor sales performance and portfolio growth.
Generate MIS reports and business performance updates.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Maintain ethical sales practices and complete transparency throughout the sales process.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Diploma / Any Degree
Experience Requirements
Sales Manager
Relevant experience in LAP / Housing Loan sales.
Senior Sales Officer
Experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) or Housing Loan sales.
Junior Sales Officer
Freshers or candidates with relevant financial sales experience can apply.
