Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber cum Electrician to undertake a variety of plumbing and basic electrical tasks. The ideal candidate should be capable of installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, as well as handling electrical wiring and related installations. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plumbing Works
Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubing while considering existing infrastructure.
Install, repair, and maintain domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems.
Install and maintain water supply and drainage systems.
Install appliances such as water heaters, water softeners, refrigerators, dishwashers, and related equipment.
Install pipe systems for gas, water, steam, and other liquids.
Identify and repair plumbing leaks, blockages, and system faults.
Electrical Works
Execute electrical wiring plans for lighting, intercoms, and other electrical systems.
Assist in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical fixtures and equipment.
Ensure electrical installations comply with safety standards and regulations.
Maintenance & Safety
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and workplace safety standards.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
Follow company policies and industry best practices.
