Job Summary

Plexus HoReCa Industries is looking for a skilled and motivated Welder to join its manufacturing team in Sholavaram, Tamil Nadu. The selected candidate will be responsible for welding, fabrication, and assembly of elevator components while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Candidates with experience in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques are highly preferred.

Educational Qualification
ITI in Welding, Fitter, Mechanical, or related trade
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience
Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply
Experience in welding and fabrication will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Welding & Fabrication
Perform welding operations for fabrication and assembly of elevator components.
Execute MIG, TIG, and ARC welding as per technical specifications.
Ensure strong, accurate, and high-quality welds.
Assembly & Production Support
Assist in the assembly and fitting of fabricated components.
Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Support manufacturing activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance
Operate welding machines, tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform basic maintenance and routine inspections of welding equipment.
Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance requirements.
Quality Control
Inspect welded joints and fabricated components for quality and dimensional accuracy.
Ensure compliance with engineering drawings and production standards.
Minimize rework through attention to detail and workmanship.
Safety & Compliance
Follow workplace safety regulations and welding safety procedures.
Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing welding tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
