Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our hospital team in Triplicane, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have prior hospital experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist physicians in delivering quality patient care while ensuring smooth clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care Support
Assist physicians in patient assessment, examination, and treatment procedures.
Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the medical team.
Support patient care activities and ensure patient comfort and safety.
Clinical Assistance
Assist during medical procedures, examinations, and diagnostic tests.
Prepare patients for consultations and treatments.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Coordination & Communication
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for seamless patient care.
Provide patient education and basic health information as directed by physicians.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain medical records accurately and confidentially.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards.
Follow infection-control and patient-safety guidelines.
