The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, and the ability to accurately convert medical information into standardized codes for healthcare documentation and billing purposes.

Key Responsibilities
Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.
Assign appropriate medical codes for diagnoses, procedures, and treatments.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with medical coding guidelines and standards.
Interpret medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology concepts effectively.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
Meet quality and productivity targets set by the organization.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve coding-related queries.
Candidate Requirements
