Job Summary

Instrumentation and Control Solutions (ICS) is seeking experienced IT Desktop Support Engineers to support Manufacturing IT (MFG-IT), Plant IT, and QC-IT operations within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical support skills, knowledge of pharma compliance requirements, and experience supporting validated systems and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide desktop and technical support for Manufacturing IT, Plant IT, and QC-IT environments.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Perform software installation, system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Handle backup management and data restoration activities.
Maintain IT asset inventory and system documentation.
Support manufacturing and laboratory applications in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
Ensure adherence to IT SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Assist with system validation, audit preparation, and regulatory inspections.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and system maintenance.
