A leading multinational company is hiring Technical Support Associates for its Domestic Semi Voice Process. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, interacting with customers, and building a long-term career in technical support and customer service.

The selected candidates will provide technical assistance through a combination of voice calls, chat, and email support channels while ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through voice, chat, and email support channels.
Provide first-level technical assistance and troubleshooting support.
Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, internet connectivity, and application-related issues.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and troubleshooting procedures.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant support teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Meet customer service metrics including:
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
Resolution Time
Quality Standards
Productivity Targets
Ensure a professional and customer-focused support experience.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of:
Windows Operating Systems
Internet Connectivity
Software Troubleshooting
Basic Hardware Support
Ability to identify and resolve common technical issues.
Communication Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Hindi and/or Kannada is preferred.
