Job Summary

We are hiring Desktop Support Engineers (L1) to provide end-user technical support and maintain desktop computing environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Windows operating systems, and hands-on knowledge of desktop support tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktop operating systems.
Perform operating system installations, upgrades, and patches.
Support Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and other business software.
Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
Configure and maintain desktop hardware and software environments.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutions.
Ensure timely resolution of tickets in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
