Job Summary

Instrumentation and Control Solutions (ICS) is seeking experienced and motivated IT Desktop Support Engineers to support Manufacturing IT, Plant IT, and Quality Control IT operations within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, knowledge of pharma compliance standards, and hands-on experience managing IT systems in manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Provide desktop and technical support for Manufacturing IT (MFG-IT), Plant IT, and QC-IT environments.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Perform system inventory management and asset tracking.
Monitor and manage backup processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
Support IT infrastructure and applications used in manufacturing and quality control operations.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and internal IT SOPs.
Assist in validation and compliance activities related to regulated systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
Maintain documentation and support audit readiness activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
