Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Support and Technical Support Executives for Voice and Semi-Voice Processes. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, along with basic technical knowledge of networking and hardware. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice and semi-voice channels.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Meet quality and productivity targets.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware and Networking.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Immediate joiners preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Prior experience in customer service or technical support is an added advantage.
