Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Support Executives to join our Domestic Voice Support team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in English and Hindi, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for products and services.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions over the phone.
Maintain a courteous, patient, and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Accurately document customer issues, actions taken, and resolutions provided.
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
First Call Resolution (FCR)
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
Quality Scores
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
