StillPG is a growing real estate organization with multiple affiliated brands, including Still Property Group, The Jade, and Hutton Group. We are focused on strengthening our digital presence by modernizing our WordPress websites and launching high-performance Next.js microsites. We are seeking a talented Web Developer & Designer who can blend technical expertise with creative design skills to help build engaging, scalable, and conversion-focused digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Web Development
Develop and deploy responsive, high-performance websites using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Vercel.
Create intuitive user experiences with clean, modern UI/UX designs.
Ensure websites achieve Lighthouse performance scores of 90+ and adhere to WCAG AA accessibility standards.
Build and maintain lightweight WordPress custom themes while following security best practices.
Content Management & CMS
Configure and manage headless CMS platforms such as Sanity, Contentful, or WordPress Headless.
Develop systems for property listings, availability tracking, news, press releases, and content updates.
SEO & Performance Optimization
Implement technical SEO best practices, including:
Schema markup
XML sitemaps
URL redirects
Internal linking strategies
Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP).
Analytics & Tracking
Set up and manage:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
PostHog
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Marketing pixels and conversion tracking
Maintain proper UTM tracking standards and create performance dashboards.
Maps & Data Visualization
Implement property maps and points-of-interest visualizations using Mapbox.
Support future enhancements such as isochrones and custom map overlays.
Design & Marketing Assets
Create marketing collateral including:
Property brochures
Leasing sheets
One-pagers
PDF tear sheets
Site signage and banners
Ensure print-ready designs with proper bleed, CMYK color settings, and formatting standards.
Hosting & Infrastructure Support
Manage DNS configurations, redirects, backups, and rollbacks.
Configure and maintain:
Vercel deployments
Cloudflare (APO, WAF, HTTP/3)
Redis caching
Monitoring tools
Escalate advanced infrastructure requirements when necessary.
Quality Assurance
Maintain environment configurations and deployment workflows.
Implement image optimization and CDN strategies.
Perform dependency updates, security checks, and basic CI validations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
2–4 years of experience building production websites and web applications.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in:
Next.js
React.js
TypeScript
WordPress (custom themes/plugins)
Solid understanding of:
HTML5
CSS3
Responsive Design
Accessibility Standards
Experience with:
Git version control and pull request workflows
Technical SEO
Core Web Vitals optimization
Google Analytics 4, PostHog, and GTM
Design Skills
Proficiency in:
Figma
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Understanding of print production requirements.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Conversion APIs
Advanced Mapbox functionality
