Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in modern web technologies and a strong understanding of both frontend and backend development. You will work closely with designers and developers to build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications while gaining exposure to live projects and advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
Build interactive and dynamic user interfaces using JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js.
Ensure websites are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Implement modern UI/UX principles and mobile-first design practices.
Backend Development
Develop and maintain backend functionality using Node.js.
Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs.
Work with relational databases and SQL queries for data management.
WordPress Development
Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
Maintain and enhance existing WordPress websites.
Implement custom functionality and optimize website performance.
Collaboration & Project Delivery
Work closely with designers, developers, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in project discussions, requirement analysis, and implementation planning.
Contribute innovative ideas to improve user experience and application functionality.
Testing & Maintenance
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
Conduct testing to ensure website functionality and reliability.
Maintain code quality and follow development best practices.
