Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python-based backend development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance web applications and microservices while working with cloud platforms and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Develop high-performance, secure, and maintainable applications.
Implement clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
Application Architecture
Design scalable system architectures and backend services.
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decision-making.
Ensure application reliability, performance, and scalability.
Database Development
Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases.
Develop efficient database schemas and optimize query performance.
Work with:

Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms.
Utilize AWS or Azure services for application hosting and scaling.
Collaborate with teams on deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
Collaboration & Quality
Work closely with frontend developers, product teams, and stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
