Job Summary

Meriton Technologies is seeking a creative and self-motivated Senior Web Developer to join our web development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in website and eCommerce development, with hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, WordPress, and PHP. The role involves working independently as well as collaboratively with designers and developers to build innovative and impactful web solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Web Development
Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and eCommerce applications.
Build user-friendly and visually appealing web interfaces.
Develop custom website functionalities using PHP and WordPress.
Ensure website performance, scalability, and maintainability.
UI/UX & Prototyping
Work with mockups, wireframes, and UI prototypes.
Collaborate with designers to convert design concepts into functional websites.
Improve user experience through modern design and development practices.
Security & Quality
Implement web security best practices.
Ensure website reliability, accuracy, and optimal performance.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.
Project & Team Collaboration
Work independently or as part of a collaborative development team.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
Refine concepts and propose development strategies.
Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
Industry Awareness
Stay updated with emerging web technologies, design trends, and eCommerce innovations.
Evaluate industry trends and recommend their application in commercial projects.
