About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Power BI / SQL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data architecture solutions, data models, ETL processes, and business intelligence reports. This role requires strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, data warehousing, and reporting technologies to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Data Architecture & Development
Build, manage, and execute data architecture solutions.
Design and develop scalable data models to support business reporting requirements.
Create and maintain data warehouse structures and data integration solutions.
Develop schedules and processes for new data warehouse implementations.
ETL & Data Management
Plan, design, and implement ETL procedures for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data loads and database queries.
Validate data accuracy and ensure data integrity across systems.
Maintain and enhance existing ETL workflows and reporting processes.
Reporting & Business Intelligence
Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
Generate business reports and analytical insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure high-quality project deliverables and reporting accuracy.
Collaboration & Support
Administer business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
Evaluate code quality and ensure efficient implementation of BI solutions.
Provide subject matter expertise in data warehouse and reporting projects.
Share technical knowledge and best practices with team members.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Power BI, SQL Development, or Business Intelligence roles.
Strong proficiency in SQL and the ability to write complex queries and stored procedures.
Hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard and report development.
Experience in data warehouse design, implementation, and data mining.
Good understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS), OLAP, and ETL frameworks.
Familiarity with BI technologies such as Microsoft Power BI and Oracle BI.
Experience with SQL Queries, SSRS, and SSIS.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries.
Knowledge of advanced data visualization techniques.
Exposure to large-scale enterprise reporting environments.
Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.
