Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP frameworks.
Build secure, efficient, and high-performance backend systems.
Develop and integrate APIs and backend services.
Project Leadership
Lead development projects from requirement analysis to deployment.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
System Integration & Maintenance
Integrate backend applications with frontend systems and third-party services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Ensure application reliability, security, and performance optimization.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with developers, designers, and project stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices.
Contribute to process improvements and technical decision-making.
