We are hiring for urgent project requirements in Bangalore for both Technical Lead and Full Stack PHP Developers. The roles involve end-to-end application development, team collaboration, and delivery of scalable web solutions using PHP-based technologies.

Role 1: Technical Lead
Experience Required
8+ Years in Full Stack Development
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Manage and mentor development teams (including offshore teams)
Architect and develop scalable web applications
Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery
Review code, ensure best practices and design patterns
Handle client communication and requirement analysis
Required Skills
PHP, MySQL, JQuery, Linux
Apache server experience (mandatory)
PHP MVC frameworks (Laravel / Symfony / CodeIgniter)
Strong understanding of OOPs and design patterns
Team leadership and project management experience
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills
Angular 1.x / 2.x
Automation scripting
Role 2: Full Stack Developer
Experience Required
5+ Years in Full Stack Development
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using PHP stack
Work on end-to-end application development
Collaborate with team members for delivery and support
Ensure code quality and performance optimization

Apache server experience (mandatory)
