Job Description

We are hiring experienced STP / ETP Operator Technicians to handle operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities in water treatment and effluent treatment plants. The role involves ensuring smooth plant operations, preventive maintenance, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) systems.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance of equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and process-related issues.
Ensure smooth plant operations with minimal downtime.
Maintain safety standards and follow operational procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams for issue resolution.
Maintain logs, reports, and operational records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / B.E / B.Tech in EEE / Mechanical Engineering
Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and chemical processes
Experience in STP/ETP operations preferred
Strong maintenance and troubleshooting skills
Safety awareness and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in shift-based industrial environments
