As a Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the Interior field, your role will involve overseeing the execution of Interior projects. Your key qualifications and responsibilities will include: – Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering – Experience: A minimum of 15 years in the Interior field, or at least 5 years in Civil Engineering and the remaining in Interiors – Proficiency in Interior projects execution and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) skills – Ability to handle Interior execution teams and coordinate with clients – Experience in leading a team of Interior project managers and engineers – Familiarity with sourcing and coordinating Carpenter teams, as well as fall ceiling works, Interior bedrooms, wardrobes, and TV unit fixing – Knowledge of quality control techniques and experiences – Understanding of Drawings and Project Scheduling – Strong decision-making skills and sound knowledge in Interiors – Experience with AutoCAD and other relevant software is a plus The role requires full-time availability for day shifts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. A willingness to commute or relocate with an employer-provided relocation package is essential.
