Handle customer queries through Email and Chat channels.
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses.
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Document customer interactions and maintain records.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when required.
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
