Willingness to work in Day Shifts, UK Shifts, US Shifts, or Rotational Shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through voice, chat, or non-voice support channels.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
