Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International BPO/KPO Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and a willingness to work in a dynamic customer support environment.

Key Responsibilities
Understand and effectively utilize various computer applications and systems.
Interact with customers, clients, and vendors professionally.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues to supervisory staff when necessary.
Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills and job performance.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Handle customer interactions through Voice and Chat support channels.
Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities as directed by management.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Minimum 6 months of BPO experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong business and technical writing abilities.
Good computer application knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts.
Comfortable working in both Voice and Chat processes.
