Salary: Starting from ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end product design for web and mobile platforms.
Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
Lead UX planning and UI execution for product modules such as certification, mentoring, community, and learning platforms.
Create and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.
Collaborate with founders, developers, and marketing teams to align product vision with user experience.
Required Skills
Strong UI/UX design experience (4–6 years).
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
Deep understanding of:
User research and user journeys
Accessibility standards
UX best practices
Design handoff processes
Strong portfolio showcasing digital product design work.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing SaaS, marketplace, or mission-driven products.
Ability to own complete product journeys from concept to launch.
Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills.
