Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer with 2+ years of experience in front-end web development. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks. The role requires the ability to build responsive, user-friendly web applications while collaborating with teams to understand and implement client requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Create clean, scalable, and standards-compliant web markup.
Utilize CSS preprocessors and frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, Materialize, or similar technologies.
Implement interactive user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks and libraries including AngularJS, React, Backbone.js, or equivalent.
Manage source code and collaborate with development teams using Git or other Distributed Version Control Systems (DVCS).
Translate client requirements and functional specifications into technical solutions.
Work closely with designers to convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
Use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar applications when required.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.
Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in web development.
Strong proficiency in:
HTML5
CSS3
JavaScript
jQuery
Hands-on experience with CSS preprocessors and CSS frameworks.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as:
React
AngularJS
Backbone.js
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with CMS platforms such as Drupal.
Knowledge of server-side frameworks and backend development concepts.
Exposure to modern web development best practices and performance optimization techniques.
Experience working on large-scale codebases and collaborative development environments.
