Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Support
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and direct interactions.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and support requests.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up on customer requests and service-related issues.
Gather customer feedback and report insights to management.
Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with technical and installation teams regarding customer requirements.
Keep customers updated on service status and issue resolutions.
Maintain effective communication with internal departments.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain customer records and interaction logs.
Prepare reports on customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
Ensure proper documentation of service requests and follow-ups.
Administrative Support
Assist in daily office operations related to customer care activities.
Support management in implementing customer service improvements.
Ensure compliance with company service standards and procedures.
