Job Summary
SK Honda is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Care Manager to oversee customer relationship management, service lead tracking, customer satisfaction initiatives, and after-sales support activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, leadership, analytical, and customer service skills to enhance customer engagement and loyalty throughout the ownership journey.
This role involves working closely with sales, marketing, and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Data Management
Collect, organize, and maintain customer information, including:
Contact details
Purchase history
Service records
Customer preferences
Ensure customer data is accurate, updated, and securely maintained.
Generate customer insights to support business growth and service improvement.
Service & Lead Management
Track customer leads through the service lifecycle.
Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely customer follow-ups.
Utilize customer data to personalize service interactions.
Support achievement of service and customer retention targets.
Marketing & Customer Communication
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer engagement campaigns.
Support promotional activities for new products and services.
Execute personalized communication strategies based on customer profiles.
Enhance customer engagement through targeted outreach programs.
Customer Service & Support
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Resolve customer concerns across multiple communication channels, including:
Phone
Email
Social Media
Ensure prompt and effective issue resolution.
Customer Satisfaction & Retention
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Drive customer loyalty and retention initiatives.
Encourage repeat business and positive customer referrals.
Monitor customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
After-Sales Support
Manage customer relationships throughout the vehicle ownership journey.
Coordinate service appointments and follow-up activities.
Provide ongoing support for customer service requirements.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify:
Service improvement opportunities
Customer behavior trends
Revenue generation opportunities
Prepare reports and insights for management review.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing, and service departments.
