Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Management Executive to oversee the complete order lifecycle, from order initiation through fulfilment. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate order processing, monitor inventory availability, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain excellent customer communication to deliver a seamless customer experience.
This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates interested in developing a career in order management, supply chain operations, customer service, and inventory coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Fulfilment
Manage the complete order process from receipt to successful fulfilment.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and within specified timelines.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth order execution.
Monitor order status and provide updates to customers when required.
Inventory Management
Track inventory levels to support timely order fulfilment.
Coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stock shortages and delays.
Monitor product availability and communicate inventory-related issues proactively.
Customer Relationship Management
Utilize CRM systems to manage customer orders and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer and order records.
Respond promptly to customer requests and concerns.
Communication & Coordination
Liaise effectively with customers, sales teams, warehouse personnel, and other stakeholders.
Ensure smooth coordination across departments to meet customer expectations.
Provide clear and professional communication regarding order updates and resolutions.
Problem Resolution
Identify and resolve issues related to:
Order delays
Product availability
Order discrepancies
Customer concerns
Escalate critical issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions.
Prepare operational reports as required.
Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation standards.

Experience

Prior experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Inventory Management, Customer Service, or Operations will be an added advantage.
