Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Attend incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Communicate effectively with customers in Malayalam.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Ensure a positive and satisfactory customer experience.
Lead Follow-Up
Follow up with prospective customers and leads.
Explain products, services, and available solutions clearly.
Support customers by addressing questions and concerns patiently.
Customer Relationship Management
Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers.
Deliver courteous, empathetic, and pressure-free customer interactions.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate assistance.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate call logs and customer records.
Update lead details and customer information in the system.
Ensure proper documentation of all customer interactions.
