Job Summary
Ignites Human Capital Services is hiring Customer Support Executives for an International BPO process. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, managing escalations, and delivering outstanding customer service while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and chat channels.
Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Issue Resolution & Escalation Management
Manage escalated cases received from internal teams.
Investigate and resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
Coordinate with technical and operational teams to address complex concerns.
Ensure all customer issues are tracked and resolved appropriately.
Customer Experience
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Build positive customer relationships through professional communication.
Maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics.
Performance & Quality
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
First Call Resolution (FCR)
Average Handle Time (AHT)
Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT)
Call Abandonment Rate Targets
Follow company processes and quality standards consistently.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Update CRM systems and internal databases with relevant information.
Ensure proper documentation of resolutions and follow-up actions.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience
0–5 years of experience in:
BPO
Call Centre Operations
Customer Support
Customer Service
Freshers
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
Strong customer service orientation.
Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions.
Basic computer knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Experienced Candidates
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
