Impact Infotech is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join its Customer Support team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior domestic customer support experience.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a rotational shift environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Handle customer queries and concerns through appropriate communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Issue Resolution
Identify customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Follow up on customer requests to ensure successful resolution.
Communication & Documentation
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
Record customer interactions and update relevant systems accurately.
Prepare reports and documentation as required by the organization.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve service goals.
Participate in training sessions and process improvement initiatives.
Adhere to company policies and customer service standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
Experience
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of Domestic Customer Support experience are preferred.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Shift Details
Female Candidates
Shift Window: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Hours: Any 10-hour shift within the shift window
Male Candidates
Shift Window: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Working Hours: Any 10-hour shift within the shift window
Work Schedule
5 Days Working
2 Rotational Week Offs
