Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and dynamic professionals for an International Voice Process in the Credit Card Customer Support and Sales domain. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and prior experience in international voice or sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related queries.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Sales & Business Development
Promote and explain credit card products and related services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships.
Communication & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Update CRM systems and internal databases with relevant information.
Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve business objectives.
Participate in training sessions and process improvement initiatives.
Share customer feedback and market insights with management.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience
Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience (Mandatory)
OR
Minimum 1 year of International Sales Process experience (Mandatory)
Experience in Credit Card Sales will be highly preferred.
Age Criteria
Candidates must be below 35 years of age.
Joining Requirement
Immediate joiners preferred.
Freshers are not eligible for this role.

Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).

Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in night shifts.

Compensation
Salary Range

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Special Compensation
Candidates with Credit Card Sales experience may earn up to ₹40,000 per month based on experience and interview performance.
