Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UiPath Solution Architect / RPA Architect with strong expertise in automation architecture, project management, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in UiPath architecture and infrastructure, stakeholder management, technical solutioning, and team leadership.

The candidate will play a key role in designing scalable automation frameworks, supporting pre-sales activities, mentoring project teams, and ensuring adherence to architectural and coding best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Interface with stakeholders and obtain Architecture Signoff.
Troubleshoot and assist project teams in resolving critical technical issues.
Train teams in reusable architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Coordinate and participate in peer reviews and walkthrough sessions.
Conduct internal technical and platform training programs.
Develop reusable frameworks and technical assets across engagements.
Assess automation opportunities and provide scalable technical solutions.
Stay updated with UiPath roadmap, platform enhancements, and emerging technologies.
Support pre-sales activities and provide technical recommendations to stakeholders.
Evaluate RPA platforms and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct interviews and technical awareness sessions.
Lead teams effectively in dynamic and unstructured environments.
Collaborate with business, IT, and architecture teams for successful project delivery.
Travel as required for project and client needs.

Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with:
UiPath
Microsoft Project
Strong expertise in:
UiPath Architecture & Infrastructure
RPA Project Delivery
Automation Framework Design
Agile Project Execution Methodologies
Knowledge of RPA augmentation with digital technologies.
Hands-on scripting experience in any one of:
VBA
.NET
JavaScript
VBS
Experience in client-facing discussions and stakeholder management.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Certifications
Mandatory:
UiPath Certification
Preferred Candidate Profile
Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Experience handling enterprise automation projects.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Flexible to travel whenever required.
